Making A Purchase
Ordering from our online shop is simple. Just browse our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on " Checkout " and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Once your order is processed and the transaction is authorised, the payment is debited from your credit card and the order will be shipped typically within 48 hours, or for bespoke items as per the information provided.
Payment
All Credit Card payments are processed and securely encrypted by PayPal to ensure the safety and security of your credit card information. We never see your credit card details, only your delivery address and contact details. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Conversion rates to local currencies are available from local banks and will appear in your currency on your next credit card statement.
Prices
Shipping And Handling
We charge on a weight and zone basis. Delivery to parts of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Scotland, the Scottish Isles and Highlands, Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight may incur an extra charge. You should receive your purchases within 5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 14 days. If there is a delay in posting your products we will contact you, or if your goods do not arrive, please contact us at info@ariverofdesign.com quoting the receipt number that you would have received on completion of purchasing your items.
Most deliveries are courier deliveries are therefore a phone number is required.
Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Box addresses for logistical and security reasons.
Please retain all receipts and shipping notices.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and will email you with details. We will forward your outstanding order as soon as it becomes available.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you are unhappy with any of your purchases please contact us within 7 days by phone or email. We will give you a full refund provided that the products and their packaging you wish to return are unused, complete and in re-saleable condition. Goods which are returned for a refund must be returned with the invoice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Where any valid claim in respect of any goods sold by the ariver of design which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to meet specification is notified to ariver of design, ariver of design shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge or, at the sole discretion of ariver of design, refund the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price), but ariver of design shall have no further liability to the purchaser.
While the quality of these artisanal products is of the utmost importance to our suppliers, minor defects in the finishes of any hand-made goods are not to be considered as product defects but rather part and parcel of the production process.
Returns Policy
If any item is damaged on delivery please email us first and then return for a refund or replacement. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation and shipping address.
Please return items with their original packaging and labels.
Exclusion of Warranty
Subject to the paragraph below, ariver of design makes no warranty or representation as to the quality of any goods sold or their fitness for a particular purpose or their conformity with any description or sample and ariver of design shall not be responsible for damage or loss of any kind whatsoever (including loss of profits and consequential damages) caused directly or indirectly by the goods supplied.
Consumer Protection: The exemptions from the provisions of Sections 13, 14 and 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1893 ("the 1893 Act") (as inserted by Section 10 of the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 ("the 1980 Act") contained in Clause 9.1 shall, in all cases other than a contract for the international sale of goods (as defined in the 1980 Act) be subject to the restrictions on such exemptions contained in Section 55(4) of the 1893 Act (as inserted by Section 22 of the 1980 Act).

ariver of design does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
