With the Flores mirror you get designer décor and an historic piece of art. The combination of the romantic image and the screen-printing technique also gives this mirror a modern edge. The original artwork, "Still Life with Flowers in a Glass Vase," is by the 17th century Dutch painter Jan Davidsz de Heem. By transforming the still life into greyscale and combining it with a mirror, the piece is imbued with a mysteriously theatrical touch.
